What You Get: (approximation based on 300# hanging weight. Exact amount will vary based on size of the animal).
Steaks including sirloin, t-bone (NY strip/filet) and rib cut 1 in thick and 2 per pack equals approximately 17 packs
Roasts including chuck, rump, shoulder and sirloin tip and packaged 2-3 pounds each equals approximately 14 packs
Ground Beef packaged in 1 lb packs equals approximately 50 packs. Note: will be higher if you do not request stew, brisket, flank steak, etc.
Cost Estimate: We require a deposit to confirm your order that equals about 50% of the "expected" total cost. We also encourage you to pay additional deposits each month towards your balance
Here is a cost example based on Half Beef: 325 pounds at $5.25 = $1,706.25 - $500 deposit = $1,206.25 meat cost. Processing cost would be 325 * $0.85 = $276.25. Total balance due would be $1,482.50.
Once the animal is delivered and we have the Hanging Weight, you will receive an email with the total weight, total cost, amount paid, balance due, and unique tag number for your order as well as the pickup instructions. NOTE: you will be responsible for paying the processing fee to the Processor (fees located on the cut sheet instructions).
